Through Every Trial

"It'll be okay," I tell myself over and over again, "It's gonna be okay."

Through every trial, heartache, and disappointment, I have a God that reminds me that I am more than enough for Him.

He reminds me that I am worth it.

That I am cherished.

And that I don't have to earn his love. It's a gift.

I am a conqueror in His eyes.

Even when I feel like a screw-up.

That's when He reminds me and whispers to the depths of my heart,

Daughter, there is nothing you can do to make me love you any less. 

There is nothing you need to do to make me love you more. 

For I have chosen you since before time and will walk, guide, and comfort you always.

Through Every Trial.

Easter 2014

Yesterday was Easter and it was beautiful.

My church made me cry with the beautiful message of grace and redemption that comes through Christ's death and resurrection alone.

My family made me laugh hysterically hard while we enjoyed a feast of pork tenderloin, green bean dish, sweet potatoes, strawberry pretzel salad, and MUCH more.

And my sisters and I were able to get all fancy and eat lots of chocolate ;)

It was a marvelous day.

Hello There, World.

Well...

I got inspired, pushed, motivated, and encouraged to start a blog, so here it is! I wanted to make my own little mark in this great big world so someday I can look back on my roller coaster of a life and remember the laughs, the tears, the down right ugly days, and the joy that was interwoven into filling the pages of my story.

So in this little blog world of mine I will be talking about four things:

(The core foundation of my life that has shaped, guided, and comforted me through every season of my life)

(What girl doesn't love fashion right??)
